Johnson City Has Responded To An Amended Lawsuit Brought Against It And Its Former Police Chief, By Former Prosecutor Kat Dahl. It Claims Dahl Was Not An Actual Employee Of The City And Is Therefore Not Eligible To Make Legal Claims Of Retaliatory Discharge. The City Also Alleges Dahl’s Job Performance Was Substandard. If The Case Isn’t Settled Or Dismissed Soon, It Will Go To Trial In U.S. District Court In Knoxville On May 14th.
