Carter County Director Of Schools Dr Brandon Carpenter Released A Statement Concerning A Reported Threat From A 911 Caller In The Happy Valley Area. On Thursday Four Schools Were Put Into Lockdown After The Threat Just Before 3pm. Multiple Agencies Reported To The Scene And No Threat Was Found. Dr Carpenter Said Individuals That Participated In These Actions Will Be Investigated And Charged To The Fullest Extent Of The Law.
