The Investigation Into Threats Phones Into Carter County 911 Has Resulted In The Arrest Of Three Juveniles. Each Are Charged With Two Counts Of Threat Of Mass Violence On School Property Or At A School Related Activity And Four Counts Of False Reports. Four Carter County Schools Were Put On Lockdown Thursday Afternoon. Each School Was Searched And Secured. The Investigation Determined The Hoax Was False.
