A Jonesborough Man Accused Of Assaulting His Elderly Mother Is Free On Bond. 29 Year Old Calen Sinclair Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault And Abuse Of The Elderly. Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies Responded To A Call At A Home In The 100 Block Of Woodridge Road. The Victim Told Deputies That Sinclair Came Back To Her Home Following A Verbal Altercation. When She Told Him To Leave, He Allegedly Broke The House Phone, And Kicked The Victim, Which Resulted In Severe Lacerations To The Woman’s Skin. She Was Transported To An Area Hospital For Treatment. Sinclair Was Arrested A Short Time Later At A Home In Carter County. He Will Appear In General Sessions Court On February 15th.
