A Johnson City Man Has Been Charged With Aggravated Assault After He Allegedly Pointed A Firearm And Threatened Two Individuals. Deputies Responded To The Call Sunday In The 500 Block Of Hales Chapel Road. One Of The Victims Stated 50 Year Old James Nickles Pulled A Rifle On Him And Another Victim. Nickles Fled The Scene And Was Later Apprehended In Carter County. He Is Being Held In The Washington County Detention Center On A $50,000 Bond.
