Bristol Virginia Will Be Changing The Traffic Pattern In The Downtown Area. Starting Early On February 14, The City Will Convert The Piedmont Avenue And Cumberland Street Intersection From A Signalized Area To An All-Way Stop Condition. This Improvement Will Increase The Safety Of Pedestrians And Motorists In The Downtown Area. The Signal Will Be Flashing Red In All Directions And New Signage Will Be In Effect. All Motorists Should Be Aware Of The New Traffic Pattern And Drive Carefully In The Downtown Area.
