An Accident At A Rogersville Facility That Left One Employee Dead Is Under Investigation By Tennessee OSHA. The Accident Took Place On January 27th At HDK Industries Located At 100 Industrial Drive In Rogersville. The Investigation Is Expected To Take Between Eight And Ten Weeks To Complete. TOSHA Will Not Release Any Further Details Until The Investigation Is Completed.
