Ballad Health Is Changing The Pay Scale Of Registered Nurses. Depending On The Hospital They Serve, Nurses Can Make $30 To $32 An Hour. This Represents A 25% Pay Increase For Starting Nurses In Ballad’s Hospitals. New Licensed Practical Nurses, CNA’s And Other Clinical Staff Will Also See Significant Increases From Current Rates. Many Existing Staff Will Also Get A Pay Increase. The More Than 5,500 Current Employees Will Receive Some Level Of Raise.
