The Tennessee Highway Patrol, Along With Kingsport Police, Stopped The Vehicle This Morning Off Interstate 26 At Rock Springs Road. 22 Year Old Alfie Tucker II, Had Been A Person Of Interest For Some Time Following Reports He Was Pulling Vehicles Over On The Interstate. Tucker Is Being Held In The Sullivan County Detention Center.
