Bays Mountain Park Leaders Have Received A 100-Thousand Dollar Grant To Help Renovate The Observation Tower. The Money Is Being Provided By The Tennessee Department Of Tourism And Development. The Hope Is This Project Will Help Draw More People To Visit The Kingsport Area. The Grant Is Part Of 2.2 Million Dollars Being Provided To Various Projects Across The State.
