An Arrest Has Been Made Involving A Shooting Near Walmart In Lebanon Virginia. The Russell County Sheriff’s Office Has Charged Dennis Gilbert With Second Degree Murder, Use Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Felony And Other Related Charges. The Victim Was Found In The Parking Lot With A Gunshot Wound To The Chest. The Unnamed Person Died A Short Time Later. No Motive Has Been Released And The Investigation Is Continuing. Gilbert Is Being Held Without Bond.
