Haley Nicloe Seats Was Last Seen On Foot Leaving A Relative’s House Near Exit 10 In Bristol Virginia. She Told Her Relative, She Was Going Out To Smoke And Hasn’t Been Seen Or Heard From Since. Haley Has A Medical Condition And May Need Medical Attention. She Was Last Seen Wearing Black Jogging Sweatpants, A Black Hoodie And White Air Force One Shoes. Anyone With Information On Her Whereabouts, Should Call The Sheriff’s Office.
