The Town Of Coeburn Virginia Has Passed An Ordinance To Prohibit Dogs Running At Large. The Ordinance Which Was Approved Monday Went Into Effect Immediately. Under The New Ordinance Any Dog Found To Be Running At Large, Roaming Or Not Under Its Owner’s Control Self Hunting On Owners Property Will Be Impounded. Owners Will Be Deemed Guilty Of A Civil Infraction And Will Pay A Fine Of $50 For Each Violation.
