A Federal Magistrate Judge Has Ordered Johnson City, Who Conducted An Audit Of The City’s Police Department, To Turn Over Requested Materials Within Seven Days To Attorneys Who’ve Filed Two Separate Lawsuits Against The City And Several Officers. The Suits Are Related To Former Downtown Johnson City Business Owner Sean Williams. Williams Is Alleged To Have Drugged And Raped Multiple Women And The Police Department Either Corruptly Or Incompetently Failed To Stop Him. The City Has Denied All Allegations.
