Sullivan County Leaders Are Considering Putting Clothing Bins At Recycling Centers. Director Of The County’s Solid Waste Mark Torbett, Said If America’s Thrift Stores Begin Collecting Clothing From These Bins, It Would Help The County To Meet Recycling Goals, Which Would Help Qualify For More Grant Funding. The Proposed Resolution Would Likely Go Up For A Vote This Thursday.
