Lawyers For The Town Of Jonesborough Are Asking A Federal Judge In U.S. District Court In Greeneville To Toss Out Five Of Eight Claims Involving A Lawsuit Filed By Tennessee Hills Distillery. The Business Filed A Suit In Late January Over Disputes Surrounding Parking And Outdoor Dining. Tennessee Hills Alleges The Historic Town Interfered With It’s Legitimate Business Practices. The Town’s Motion Argues That Five Of The Claims Belong In A State Court, Not Federal Court And That It Didn’t Violate Any Of The Business’s Rights. A Judge Will Decide On The Motions.
