The City Of Kingsport Has Unveiled Its Bays Mountain Park Improvement Plan That Calls For Renovations Of The Nature Centre, Improvement Of The Animal Habitats And Enhancement Of The Overall Aesthetics Of The Park. Two Architectural Consultants Have Been Working For About A Year On Crafting The Plan, Which Was Recently Approved By City Leaders. The Phase One Renovations Were Made Possible Through A Generous Donation Of A Million Dollars From The James And Laura Rogers Foundation During The 50th Anniversary Of Bays Mountain Park.
