Two People Killed In A Crash In Kingsport Have Been Identified. It Happened Wednesday Night When An Oldsmobile Traveling South On Lawson Drive Crossed West Stone Drive. Another Vehicle Failed To Stop At A Red Light And T-Boned The Oldsmobile. The Driver Of The Oldsmobile 42 Year Old Michael C. Braman And Passenger 39 Year Old Joplin Collins Were Both Fatally Injured In The Crash. Charges Against The Driver Of The Other Vehicle Are Pending. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
