A Kingsport Man Has Been Sentenced To Life In Prison In U.S. District Court In Greeneville. 42 Year Old Terrance Lamont Hines Jr Was Convicted In June 2023 Of Conspiring To Distribute 400 Grams Of More Of Fentanyl With A Resulting Death And Other Charges. Hines Supplied The Fentanyl That Caused The Death Of A 52 Year Old Kingsport Woman In December Of 2020.
