A Carter County Assistant District Attorney Has Been Suspended Without Pay After Being Charged With DUI In Elizabethton. 28 Year Old Austin Kenneth Vanhoy Is Charged With Possession Of A Handgun, DUI, And Implied Consent. Officers Responded To The 500 Block Of Allen Avenue Where They Reportedly Found Vanhoy Lying In The Grass After An Apparent Crash. Vanhoy Has Been Suspended Without Pay Pending A Review Of The Incident.
