A Russell County Virginia Grand Jury Has Indicted A Former Insurance Agent In Lebanon. Jessica Ray-Pruitt Formerly Operated Lebanon Insurance Agency. Ray-Pruitt Has Been Indicted On 13 Counts Of Felony Embezzlement, Four Misdemeanor Embezzlement Counts And Two Misdemeanor Counts Of Identity Theft. The Investigation Stemmed From Insurance Payments From Several Customers Not Being Remitted To Insurance Companies. Ray-Pruitt Is Free On A $10,000 Bond And Will Appear In Circuit Court On May 21st.
