A Johnson County Woman Is Facing Multiple Charges After An Investigation Into An Assisted Living Facility. 47-Year-Old Wendy Henley Is Charged With Identity Theft, Financial Exploitation Of A Vulnerable Adult, Drug Possession, And Child Endangerment. TBI Agents Say Henley Used A Patient’s Insurance Card For Facility Purchases And Left Seventeen Residents, Including Two Hospice Patients, In The Care Of Two Unauthorized Juveniles. Residents Were Transferred To Other Local Facilities For Their Safety. Henley Was Arrested And Booked Into The Johnson County Jail On A Twenty-Five-Thousand-Dollar Bond.
