Virginia State Police Say A Work Crew Employee Has Been Killed In Washington County. It Happened Yesterday Afternoon On Interstate 81 At Mile Marker 30. Police Said A Dump Truck Was Reversing On The Shoulder Of The Interstate When It Ran Over The Pedestrian Worker. Both The Dump Truck Driver And The Pedestrian Were Part Of A Work Crew Doing Shoulder Maintenance Work. The Pedestrian Has Been Identified As 43 Year Old James Nunley Of Marion. He Died At The Scene.
