Authorities Have Arrested Harley Pope, Who Was Wanted In Connection With Two Separate Shootings, One In Washington County Virginia And The Other In Sullivan County. Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies Apprehended Pope Friday Following A Brief Manhunt After He Fled Into A Wooded Area. Pope Faces Numerous Charges Across Three Jurisdictions Including Malicious Wounding, Shooting Into An Occupied Dwelling, Aggravated Assault, Rape, False Imprisonment And Aggravated Burglary. He Is Currently Being Held Without Bond At The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail.
