Kingsport Is Kicking Off A Colorful Celebration For The Carousel’s Tenth Birthday With A Parade Of Painted Horses. Six Fiberglass Carousel Horses, Each Decorated By A Different Artist And Sponsored By Local Groups, Are Now On Display Downtown And At The Kingsport Carousel. The Project Was Unveiled During The Kingsport Arts Festival And Will Continue Through Summer Events. City Officials Say Sponsorship Funds Will Support Future Upgrades To The Carousel.
