A Sullivan County Grand Jury Has Indicted A Bristol Tennessee Man In Connection With The Death Of A Three Year Old Child. 35 Year Old Dexter Montgomery Is Charged With First-Degree Murder And Aggravated Child Abuse. Police Responded To An Unresponsive Child On Godsey Road Last December. The Child Later Died At East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. An Autopsy Determined The Death Was A Homicide. Montgomery Is Being Held In The Sullivan County Jail On 250,000 Dollars Bond. Police Ask Anyone With Information To Contact Investigators. Montgomery Will Appear In Criminal Court Soon For Arraignment.
