After Four Years Of Hard Work, Students At The Greene Technology Center Successfully Launched A Plane They Built From The Ground Up. The $135,000 Aircraft Had Its First Official Flight On Tuesday. The Project Was Part Of The Center’s Aviation Flight Program And Funded By Community Partners, Including A Stem Grant From The Niswonger Foundation. Officials Say A Second Aircraft Is Already In The Works, And The Program Hopes To Build A New Plane Every Two Years.
