According To The Tennessee Department Of Health, Dr. Leigh Anne Young Dunlap, An Internal Medicine Doctor Who Practiced In The Kingsport Area, Has Received Permanent Revocation. The Action Follows Dunlap’s September 2024 Conviction In U.S. District Court In Greeneville On Charges Related To Controlled Substances. The Board Cited “Unprofessional, Dishonorable Or Unethical Conduct” And Failure To Develop Required Supervision Protocols.
