A Woman Has Been Sentenced In A Fatal Fentanyl Overdose Case In Washington County, Tennessee. Lisa Garland Pled Guilty To Second Degree Murder For The September 2022 Death Of Timothy Kuykendall, Who Died After Using Crack-Cocaine Laced With Fentanyl. Garland Also Pled Guilty To A Separate 2022 Incident Where She Was Caught Transporting Meth, Cocaine, Buprenorphine, And A Loaded 9 Millimeter Handgun. The 52-Year-Old Was Sentenced To 28 Years, Including 18 Years To Serve In Prison At 100 Percent, Followed By 10 Years On Supervised Release At 85 Percent.
