East Tennessee State University Will Lower Tuition This Fall For Active-Duty Military Students. The Etsu Board Of Trustees Approved A Plan To Reduce Per-Credit-Hour Costs To Two Hundred Fifty Dollars For Those Using Department Of Defense Tuition Assistance. University President Dr. Brian Noland Said It’s A Step To Make College More Affordable For Those Serving Our Country. The Board Also Approved A Five Percent Tuition Increase For In-State Students To Cover Salaries And Operating Costs.
