The Kingsport Fire Department Says The Fire Has Been Attributed To Smoking In An Area Where Smoking Is Not Allowed. A Goodwill Official Says An Employee Broke The Company’s No-Smoking Policy And The Fire Started In The Recycling Area Of The Facility. The Goodwill Location Serves 17 Counties And Two Cities Across Northeast Tennessee And Southwest Virginia.
