On Moccasin Ridge Road And Route Seventy-One. Troopers Say The Rider Of A Harley-Davidson Screaming Eagle Wouldn’t Stop For Reckless Driving And Other Violations. The Motorcycle Later Broke Down Near Clinch Mountain Road, And The Rider Took Off On Foot. Officials Say Trail Camera Images Caught The Suspect, And Anyone With Information Should Call Virginia State Police.
