An Alabama Man Previously Charged In A Bristol Cold Case Now Faces Several New Counts In The Investigation. 52-Year-Old Christopher Havrilla Was Originally Indicted In March For The 2002 Murder Of Cody Scott Matney. A Grand Jury Has Now Returned A Superseding Indictment Adding Charges Including First Degree Murder In The Perpetration Of Kidnapping, Abuse Of A Corpse, And False Reports. Havrilla Is Being Held In The Sullivan County Jail On A One Million Dollar Bond. Investigators Say The Case Is Still Active And They Believe Others In The Bristol Area May Have Information.
