The Incident Started With An Alleged Armed Robbery At A Johnson County Convenience Store Before Escalating Into A Dangerous Pursuit. Ponce Is Charged With Two Counts Of Attempted First Degree Murder, Evading Arrest, Theft And Employing A Firearm. Deputy Trevor Estrada Was Injured In The Incident. Ponce Remains In Jail On A 750-Thousand Dollar Bond And Will Appear Back In Court On September 29th.
