A Caller Claiming To Be From Knoxville TVA Credit Union And The FDIC Said Funds Needed To Be Physically Transferred Due To A System Malfunction. Police Worked With The U.S. Postal Service To Intercept The Package Before It Was Delivered To The Suspect In Spartanburg South Carolina. The Package Was Returned To The Victim Yesterday Afternoon.
