Police Say A 30-Year-Old Man, Truong Dinh Nguyen, Who Traveled From Virginia Beach To Meet Her, Was Taken Into Custody After An Interview With Detectives. Nguyen Is Charged With Carnal Knowledge Of A Child Between The Ages Of 13 And 15. He Is Being Held Without Bond And Is Set For Arraignment Wednesday In The Bristol Juvenile And Domestic Relations Court. The Investigation Is Still Ongoing.
