Simply Rhythms Church Attempted To Acquire The 85,000 Square Foot Former Cabela’s Location For Five Million Dollars. Johnson Ruled That Operating A Church On The Property Violates Easements And Covenants For The Falls Development. The Property Covenants Require The Space Be Used Only For Retail Sales, Offices, Restaurants Or Other Commercial Purposes. The Former Cabela’s Store Closed In January 2020.
