It Approved Its Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget With An Amendment That Reinstated A Previously Canceled Employee Pay Raise. The Increase Was Initially Cut From The Budget As The Board Worked To Combat A 4 Million Dollar Deficit. The Vote Will Raise The Starting Teacher Salary To Nearly $48,000 Dollars. The State Mandates The Starting Salary Must Be At Least 50,000 Dollars By Next Year.
