East Tennessee State University In Johnson City Is Receiving Three Million Dollars In State Funding To Modernize Its Medical School Equipment. The Funding Is Being Provided To Replace Aging Equipment In The Quillen College Of Medicine. The College Is The Only Medical School In The Tennessee Board Of Regents System And Has Recently Ranked 2nd In The Nation By U.S. News And World Report For Graduates Practicing In Medically Underserved Areas. ETSU Also Received Additional Funding For Campus Improvements Including 53 Million Dollars For Brown Hall Renovations.
