Sheriff Keith Sexton Said Inmates Flushed Stuffing From Mattresses And Other Items Down Facility Toilets Causing A Blockage. At Least Two Pods That House Inmates Were Affected By The Sewer System Blockage. The Jail’s Septic Lines Were Cleared By Saturday Afternoon.
