A Motorcycle Chase Out Of Tennessee Ended Safely In Washington County, Virginia. Deputies Say 41-Year-Old Cynthia Bowman Of Johnson City Was Speeding North On Interstate 81 And Refused To Stop For Law Enforcement. The Pursuit Began After Bowman Allegedly Failed To Yield In Sullivan County And Nearly Hit A Tbi Agent. Washington County Deputies Used Spike Strips To Disable The Bike Near Exit Seventeen. Bowman Was Taken Into Custody Without Injury And Charged With Felony Eluding. She’s Being Held Without Bond At The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail.
