A Carter County Grand Jury Has Indicted A Former Corrections Officer For Allegedly Having Inappropriate Contact With An Inmate. The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Says Matthew Gray Is Facing Two Counts Of Sexual Contact With Inmates. Agents Determined That The 27-Year-Old Allegedly Had Sexual Contact With An Inmate On More Than One Occasion. The Sheriff’s Office Terminated Gray’s Employment When The Allegations Surfaced. Gray Has Turned Himself In, And Is Free On A 10,000 Dollars Bond.
