A Sullivan County Grand Jury Failed To Indict A Former Bristol Tennessee Dentist Accused Of Taking Patients Money Without Providing Agreed Upon Services. Complaints Were Filed Back In November Against Quality Dentures And Dentist Dr. Hardev Patel. The Patients Claim They Paid For Dental Work And Received Nothing In Return. A Grand Jury Determined There Wasn’t Enough To Conclude Dr. Patel Committed Any Criminal Act. District Attorney General Barry Staubus Said He Turned In Evidence To The Board Of Dentistry And Urged The Board Of Professional Responsibility To Revoke Patel’s License. The Patients Now Have The Option Of Filing A Civil Lawsuit. But Patel’s Whereabouts Are Unknown At This Time.
