A Kingsport Man Wanted For Making Meth In The Basement Of His Grandmother’s Residence On Potato Hill Road Last Week Has Been Located And Arrested In Hawkins County. 28 Year Old Richard Little Is Charged With Promotion Of Meth, Initiation Of A Meth Manufacturing Process, Maintaining A Dwelling, And Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia. After Receiving Information That Meth Was Being Made At Little’s Home, Detectives Reportedly Found Three One-Pot Meth Cook Bottles Located In The Basement Along With Several Gas Generator Bottles Along With A Meth Lab. Little Was Transported To The Sullivan County Jail. He Will Be Arraigned In General Sessions Court.
