Two More Kingsport Residents Are Set To Plead Guilty In U.S. District Court In Greeneville Involving A Counterfeit Scheme. A Grand Jury Returned A Three Count Indictment Against Jordan Johnson, Shannon Hawkins, Tyler Monroe, Ruben Suarez And Kayla White, All Of Kingsport. The Charges Include Conspiracy To Defraud The United States And Possession Counterfeit Money. Monroe And Suarez Are Expected To Enter A Plea On Thursday. They Face Five Years In Prison And A Fine Of 250-Thousand Dollars. Johnson Has Withdrawn His Guilty Plea And Is Asking For New Counsel. The Other Two Are Expected To Enter A Plea Soon As Well.
