Work On The Monarch 815 Student Housing In Johnson City Near East Tennessee State University Is Expected To Be Ready To Start Accepting Students Later This Month. Four Of The Five Apartment Buildings Being Constructed On The Former Site Of The Mullican Floor Manufacturing Facility Will Be Open By The Fall. The Housing Will Feature Amenities Such As Resort-Style Pool, Volleyball Courts And Tanning Beds.
