Judge Sage Johnson Granted An Order That Allows The Issuance Of Revenue Bonds For The Next Phase Of The Project, Which Is Located At Exit 5 Of Interstate 81. Revenue Bonds Have To Be Repaid By State Sales Taxes Generated By Businesses Operating In The Center. To Date, The City Has Issued 40 Million Dollars In General Obligation Bonds To Buy And Prepare The 140 Acre Site Along Lee Highway.
