Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam Will Be In Kingsport Wednesday To Host An Investiture Ceremony Honoring Judge Robert Montgomery Jr. Montgomery Will Be Sworn In By Haslam As A New Appleate Judge To The Tennessee Court Of Criminal Appeals. Montgomery Has Been A Criminal Court Judge In The 2nd Judicial District Of Sullivan County Since 2006. The Ceremony Will Take Place At 9:30am Wednesday Morning At The Renaissance Center Theater. A Reception Will Follow.
