A Wise County Virginia Lawyer Has Had His License To Practice Law Suspended By The Tennessee Supreme Court. David Mullins Jr. Received The Suspension August 12th After A Complaint Was Investigated Alleging He Accepted A Fee For Representation Then Failed To Adequately Communicate With His Client. It Is Then Alleged He Improperly Advised His Client Against Accepting A Plea Deal. The Client Went To Trial And Was Found Guilty. Mullins Was Ordered To Pay 11-Thousand Dollars In Restitution And Will Not Be Allowed To Practice For One Year In Tennessee.
