The Authority’s Finances Remain The Subject Of An Investigation By The Washington County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office That Began Last Fall After Longtime CEO Wes Rosenbalm Resigned Abruptly. The Overall Audit Didn’t Address Several Financial Questions That Were Raised By A Few Board Members. In The End, The Board Voted To Accept The Audit. Work Is Now Underway On The Fiscal 2013-14 Audit, Which Is Expected By October 31st.
